Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your transport reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are subject to the discretion of our management team. Depending on circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or reschedule your transport for a later date. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for airport transfers cancelled within 24 hours due to missed/delayed flights, although we will do our best to reschedule according to availability.
